Trade-in / Sales Agreement

Bikes Unlimited reserves the right to decline any sale inquiries.

Our team will review your bike and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Our team will provide a cash value, trade-in value, and a store credit value. You will have the option to pick from the 3 offers.

Should you accept an offer, the bike can be shipped to Bikes Unlimited at 1312 Jefferson St. Lynchburg, VA 24504 or dropped off locally during our store hours. In certain circumstances, the option for local pickup may be offered.

Once the bike is received, our team will check it over and confirm that it is in the described condition. Payment will be sent out within 7-10 business days, contingent on the bike being as described. Bikes Unlimited reserves the right to revoke or modify offers if the bike is not in the described condition. Should the original offer be revoked, or you decline the new offer, the bike will be returned. In this event, you will have the option of picking the bike up locally during our store hours, or having the bike shipped. It is your responsibility to cover shipping should the bike need to be shipped.

Trade-ins and store credit will be handled through the store. Cash values will be paid via check.

By agreeing, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the bike and that you are authorized to make the decision on its sale.
